Fist off....Kudos to the whole team inside that place starting from the reception staff to the counter and even the lady serving water and tea to the customers. The staff is sort of ready for anything to help with customers needs. I went twice for processing my family visa and for my staffs visa as well. it was quite fast i would say...with minimal waiting time..over to that free parking is an added advantage for customers

Sharing my phone experience- I called to ask a simple question regarding visas. I now understand that they don't provide these type of services. However as a visitor I thought tas-heel might guide me somehow. However, the person who answered the phone was impolite in the way he replied to my question and he said that my travel agent should've known better. He could've politely and CALMLY explained that tas-heel doesn't do Visa related matters. I didn't have to listen to someone speaking so aggressively that I didn't understand what the point was. \We don't do visas\..That's it! You could've said that.
